Central Arkansas Pride prioritizes your safety.

Our Directors and Leaders collaborate proactively with city resources to ensure PRIDEFest is a safe and peaceful event as we celebrate with JOY and RESILIENCE on Capitol Avenue.

From training sessions to informational video calls, we are working diligently to ensure your safety. We are sharing that information with you (here) and through video calls with our vendors, entertainers, parade entries, and volunteers.

City Resources include the Mayor’s office, police, fire, and rescue. We are conducting Safety Stakeholders meetings to ensure your safety for PRIDEFest. Since 2025 in Arkansas, there have been no recorded incidents.

At any public event, the golden rule is SEE SOMETHING SAY SOMETHING.

Look for our volunteers and staff to communicate your concerns. Together we have a peaceful, joyful, and resilient day as we celebrate PRIDE on Capitol.
